To increase sales productivity and capture more international users, we needed to solve the "time-zone gap." I identified that our desktop-only workflow was preventing Investment Advisors from responding quickly to global clients. I owned the design of IA Velocity, a native mobile app built to give advisors the freedom to manage the sales funnel on the go. By streamlining core workflows for mobile, we eliminated the desk-bound bottleneck, allowing the team to reply faster across time zones and significantly increasing the velocity of our international sales pipeline.

The Mobility Gap

Investment Advisors were tethered to a legacy desktop platform, making it impossible to manage the tight time-zone overlaps required for international clients. This lack of mobility caused significant response latency and capped the team's daily engagement velocity.

Interaction Friction

The cumbersome web interface required navigating multiple screens to log a single lead, creating a high-friction user experience. This administrative burden forced advisors to prioritize manual data entry over high-touch consulting, directly stifling productivity.

Data Fragmentation

A disconnect between advisor activity and centralized data led to a critical loss of context and pipeline visibility. Without a mobile "single source of truth," the team lacked the real-time data needed for quick follow-ups and consistent global client management.

Recognizing that different roles have different needs, we designed three distinct interfaces.


Investment Advisor: A task-focused view centered on their assigned clients and daily call list.


Sales Manager: A dashboard view with team performance metrics and the ability to drill down into individual agent activity.


Sales Head: An executive-level aggregate view of the entire division's performance pipeline and forecasting. This tailored approach dramatically reduces cognitive load and ensures all information presented is immediately relevant and actionable.
